RepRisk Accelerates Agentic AI Delivery to Transform Enterprise Data Integration

RepRisk, a globally respected Data as a Service (DaaS) provider specializing in reputational risk and responsible business conduct, is taking a bold step toward redefining the future of enterprise data solutions. In June 2025, the company announced the hiring of 30 new full-time employees to bolster its agentic AI capabilities and enhance data integration systems for its clients across the financial and corporate sectors.

The expansion marks a new chapter for RepRisk, which has been a pioneer in AI for over two decades. By combining advanced technology with deep human expertise, RepRisk continues to set the global standard for ESG data and reputational risk intelligence.

Scaling Agentic AI: A Strategic Investment in the Future of Data Delivery

The newly hired professionals will primarily be based in RepRisk’s Zurich headquarters, with some roles operating from its Berlin office. Of the 30 new roles, 23 will focus on agentic AI development, connected large language models (LLMs), and intelligent systems design. These experts will join a newly formed agentic products team, dedicated to creating smart data tools that are flexible, goal-driven, and context-aware.

The remaining 7 hires will support RepRisk’s key account management and data delivery and integration units—responding to increasing client demand for seamless, enterprise-wide data integration.

“To serve our clients the way they wish – delivering our highly accurate, human-labeled data flexibly, seamlessly, and at scale – we are growing our team, continuing our path as an AI pioneer, and expanding the deployment of AI agents,” said Yani Kalafatis, Chief Technology Officer at RepRisk.

From Static APIs to Intelligent Interactions

RepRisk’s commitment to innovation is reshaping how data is delivered and consumed. Traditionally, enterprise data was accessed through static APIs or bulk licensing. With the rise of agentic AI systems, RepRisk is enabling intelligent, interactive data flows—allowing clients to engage with data products in more real-time, context-sensitive, and customized ways.

RepRisk’s role as one of Microsoft’s Frontier Firms places it at the forefront of the AI agent revolution. These efforts reflect a broader shift in the data industry toward smarter, more autonomous interactions between platforms and users.

“We are proud to help shape the paradigm shift… from static APIs to goal-driven, intelligent systems,” added Kalafatis.

Unlocking Scalable and Accurate Risk Intelligence

By combining its long-standing human-labeled methodology with modern AI agents, RepRisk ensures that clients do not have to choose between breadth of insights and accuracy. The platform analyzes more than 2.5 million documents daily from over 150,000 public sources in 23 languages. This coverage allows RepRisk to maintain the largest and most comprehensive ESG dataset on the market—covering more than 350,000 companies and projects across 100+ risk factors.

Through its agentic AI systems, RepRisk is unlocking entirely new ways to consume, enrich, and integrate these risk insights into enterprise workflows.

“Agentic delivery is the next step in empowering financial institutions and decision-makers,” said Philipp Aeby, CEO and Co-founder of RepRisk. “It allows us to offer our global standard for business conduct data anytime, anywhere, and in ways that drive lasting value.”

Meeting Enterprise Integration Needs

Today’s businesses demand more than static ESG reports—they require integrated data systems that flow across departments, platforms, and geographies. RepRisk is meeting that need by designing modular, API-compatible, and agent-driven delivery systems that can adapt to any enterprise environment.

The company’s new hires will support client-specific customization, integration into existing risk systems, and deployment into compliance, sustainability, and investment platforms.

This transformation is critical for global institutions aiming to enhance their due diligence, risk monitoring, and regulatory compliance using live, reliable, and trustworthy ESG data.

Strengthening Due Diligence Across ESG Topics

RepRisk’s technology is widely adopted by the world’s leading institutions. More than:

  • 90 major banks
  • 80% of the top investment managers
  • 14 of the top 20 private equity firms

… rely on RepRisk for critical ESG insights related to biodiversity, deforestation, human rights, corruption, and more.

By applying AI agents to ESG data delivery, RepRisk strengthens due diligence processes and empowers clients to make faster, more informed decisions—while preserving trust and transparency.
